Kismet Rock Foundation
Kismet Rock Foundation identifies at-risk youth and exposes them to the outdoors and rock climbing. Their multi-year program combines hard skills like rope work and building anchors with soft skills like problem-solving and team collaboration.

Mark Richey Woodworking
One of our managing partners, Mark Richey, has adorned the gym with custom shelving and woodcut signs. His woodworking firm is world-renowned, decking out places like Harvard and the Museum of Fine Art in Boston.
