Position Description:
Salt Pump Climbing is seeking individuals who are motivated and passionate about introducing the world of climbing to our After School youth program participants.
Our Instructors will work with our Youth Programs Director and other instructors to help foster a fun and safe environment in which our young climbers can learn more about the world of climbing. Our Instructors will help to grow their passion for this sport, expand their knowledge and skill set, and most importantly have FUN.
We provide shadowing and curriculum for all instructors as a part of the onboarding and training process. This is a part-time position with shifts in the afternoons and evenings Monday through Friday.
Please note which in which facility you are hoping to teach.

- Enjoy working with children – please let us know if you particularly connect best with any particular age group.
- Expect to spend most of their shift on their feet and actively engaged with participants.
